At NOFA Deen, our customer’s satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not satisfied with your purchase and would like to return your product, we offer returns on ready made orders ONLY. This excludes custom sizing orders, pre order items, ALL sale items (including items ordered with a promo code).
You may return your ready made order within 7 days upon delivery of your order. All returns past 7 days will not be eligible for a refund. To be eligible for a refund, all returned articles must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with the original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from all refunds over $85.
Once your return is received, it will be inspected. We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return. We will also notify you once your refund is approved and issued. All refund payments are made to the original payment method used by the customer. Original shipping charges are not refunded as part of the return.
We reserve the right to not accept returns or charge up to 50% restocking fee in event an item is returned to us in unsellable condition or outside of our return policy period.
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time. Instead, all items should follow the returns process, and a new order should be placed for the replacement items.
We pride ourselves on the highest quality, luxury products at NOFA Deen. So, if your product is damaged or has a fault, we want to know about it. Please contact our customer care team via mail firstname.lastname@example.org.
All return shipping cost is solely responsible by the customer. We do not offer free returns and are not responsible for return shipping. When initiating a return, you may use whichever shipping method you prefer. NOFA Deen is not responsible for shipping fees or lost returns.
Please allow 3-7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some processing time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us so we can better assist you.
